Is Hypnosis Safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness that you enter willingly and remain aware within the entire time. You are never unconscious, never out of control, and never separated from your own sense of self. Your values, boundaries, and sense of privacy remain fully intact throughout the session.

Despite how hypnosis is often portrayed in movies or entertainment, real hypnosis is quiet, calm, and deeply comfortable- more like becoming absorbed in a book, a memory, or a daydream than anything dramatic or unfamiliar. 

Because this state is something you already experience in everyday life, your mind recognizes it as safe. There is nothing invasive about it, and there are no harmful side effects. Instead, it allows your deeper awareness to come forward in a way that feels natural, gentle, and supportive.

A past life regression is a guided inner experience where you are gently led to explore memories, impressions, or scenes that arise beyond your current lifetime. These experiences are not forced or imagined. They unfold naturally as your deeper awareness brings forward what is most meaningful for you to see.

What comes through is always relevant to the life you are living now. The purpose is not to relive a story for curiosity’s sake, but to uncover understanding, patterns, emotions, or insights that can bring clarity and healing to the present.

Connecting with the Higher Self is central to the healing process, because it allows you to access clarity, reassurance, and understanding from within. At times, this connection can also support emotional or physical healing, either during the session or gradually in the days, weeks and months to follow.

Most people remember their session clearly, though not always every detail. You remain aware, present, and able to recall what you experienced. Occasionally, small portions may feel dreamlike or distant, which is a natural part of the process.

A very small percentage of people (about 3%) naturally enter what is known as a somnambulistic state- meaning a very deep level of hypnosis, and may remember little or none of the session afterward, even though they were fully engaged throughout.

Because your session is conducted online, it is also recorded for you. The recording is securely delivered through TransferXL- an encrypted and private file-transfer service, so you can download it and revisit it at anytime. 

Reviewing your session often becomes just as meaningful as experiencing it. Many clients find that listening again days, weeks or months later allows new insight, understanding, and wisdom to surface as they reflect on what was uncovered.

No. You remain aware, present, and in alignment with your own values throughout the entire experience. Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed and focused state, but it does not remove your ability to choose, speak, or respond. Nothing you say or do will ever be outside of your comfort, integrity, or personal boundaries.

If at any point your conscious mind feels unsure, you naturally come back to full awareness- or may simply find it difficult to enter a deeper state in the first place. This is a built-in safeguard of the mind.

Before your session, we also spend time connecting through conversation so you can ask questions, share concerns, and feel comfortable with the process. Trust, respect, and personal safety are foundational to this work.

A past life regression often brings clarity to patterns, emotions, and experiences in your present life that may feel confusing or difficult to explain.

It can help you understand the roots of persistent fears, anxieties, or emotional responses that seem to arise without clear cause. Many people find that this awareness brings relief to psychosomatic conditions such as depression, addictions, anxieties, and phobias- not by forcing change, but by gently uncovering what the mind and soul have been holding onto. No. You do not need to believe in past lives or reincarnation for the session to be effective. Your subconscious mind brings forward what is most meaningful and supportive for you- whether that appears as memories, symbolism, emotional insight, or deeper understanding. The experience unfolds in a way that honors where you are and provides the guidance you need, independent of any specific belief system.

Approach your session with an open mind and the curiosity of a child, free from expectations. When expectations fall away, the experience is able to unfold naturally- often in ways that gently surprise you. 

You are never asleep or unconscious during the session- you remain aware and present the entire time. Most people describe the experience as deeply relaxed and inwardly focused, similar to the feeling of becoming absorbed in a book, a memory, or a daydream.
